Frequently Asked Questions

Does Clockhouse Realty actually pay their agents 90% commission?

  • Yes. Each agent that works at Clockhouse Realty starts out earning 90% commission regardless of their experience and/or production level.

Does Clockhouse Realty provide the opportunity to earn 100% commission?

  • Yes. Every agent starts out earning 90% commission; but once they earn $6,000 in company-side commission, they cap out and will start earning 100% commission on every deal they close after that.
  • The commission cap resets every calendar year on December 31st.
  • Once an agent reaches $6,000 in company-side commission, Clockhouse Realty deducts $250 per transaction as an administrative fee along with the standard $25 risk management fee (per transaction) and $5 direct deposit ACH transfer fee (per transaction). Prior to the commission cap being reached, there is no administrative fee deducted from commissions.

Does Clockhouse Realty offer any incentive to recruit agents?

  • Yes. Our agent referral plan allows existing agents to earn income from the agents they bring to Clockhouse Realty for as long as both are with Clockhouse Realty. Here is the breakdown of what each Clockhouse Realty agent will earn:
    • Year 1
      • New Agent (90%)
      • Existing Agent (5%)
      • Clockhouse Realty (5%)
    • Year 2

Does Clockhouse Realty have a physical office location?

  • No. Clockhouse Realty does not have a physical location. The office is no longer necessary to conduct business as every agent is conducting business via email, text, and mobile apps nowadays through their phone, computer, and/or tablet. By not having an office, Clockhouse Realty is able to pay their agents 90% commission.

Does Clockhouse Realty provide marketing materials for their agents?

  • No. Each agent is responsible for their own marketing. By being compensated at 90% commission, each agent can market themselves due to the higher commission split compared to competitive brokerages offering lower commission splits and having to market on behalf of the agent.

Does Clockhouse Realty allow for team building?

  • Yes. If you are joining Clockhouse Realty with a team, or want to form/build a team while working at Clockhouse Realty, the following rules apply:
    • All team leaders and team members are on a 90/10 commission split. The team has a collective commission cap of $12,000 before the team can begin to earn 100% commission.
    • The collective team commission cap remains the same regardless of the number of team members (i.e. 2 members, 15 members, etc.).
    • The commission cap resets every calendar year on December 31st.
    • Once a team reaches $12,000 in company-side commission, Clockhouse Realty deducts $250 per transaction as an administrative fee along with the standard $25 risk management fee (per transaction) and $5 direct deposit ACH transfer fee (per transaction). Prior to the team commission cap being reached, there is no administrative fee deducted from commissions.

Clockhouse Realty does not provide traditional training (i.e. weekly classroom training to cover topics such as calling expired listings, calling for sale by owners, etc.). Most of the training taught in that setting can easily be found on YouTube, Google, etc. nowadays.
  • Instead, Clockhouse Realty provides transactional training – which is training the agent when they are engaged with an active buyer or seller. This method has proven very effective and many of their agents have learned from this method of training.
